Return and Refund Policy for Rikki Seats
At Rikki Seats, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive seats to our customers across Australia. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You may return your purchased automotive seats within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, seats that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rikkiseats.com, and provide your order details. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery or was faulty.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be issued for items that meet our return policy criteria. If a returned product is found to be faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued based on the item’s condition.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
- Inspection Upon Delivery: If your automotive seat arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product) to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Replacement: If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same model at no additional cost to you, or offer an alternative solution if necessary.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, you must return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
